Just would like to know what Oregon says about term.. parental rights? How long is the absent parent allowed to be absent before the law can prevent any future inconsitance??
After nine years andonly two visits and have me served for custody and visitation..While all this legal stuff is going on the absent parent is still absent 6 months no request for a visit two phone calls to me not the child.. whats your take on this just wondering.. I still am not easy about any of this..
