What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

Its been 6 years since I've advertised for a tenant. What is the best way to advertise a townhouse for rent these days? Does anyone know of some good rental websites? Thanks!

Do ad on Postlet :: Java Upload Applet and copy/paste to CL...sign in the yard...few landlords use print media anymore because of the expense and lack of internet

You could try the visitor information office, front yard signs, laundry rooms, leave business cards on restaurant bulletin boards. Caution, when advertising an empty house on the paper, don't put the address down, just a phone number approximate area will do. (100 block of any street.)
