What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

I'm a landlord looking for a good residential lease to use. Is there one that is commonly regarded as the best? Which one do you use?

Your main concern is to get a lease that is state specific. Whatever lease you end up with, you will most likely have to edit it in someway to meet your needs.

Try thelpa.com has leases that with a little work can be quite good.

Stay away from the canned leases you find at some of the computer stores.
