I live in FL and I am selling my home as is! I made sure that in the contract it says (AS IS).
What I would like to know is: Say that some plumbing needs fixing or at one time I had dry wood termites, would I have to pay for these repairs if the contract says as is?
Could you please answer me on this matter?
