What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

The court order states that I get Christmas Day and New Year's Day on even years and the mother on odd years. This year, do I get New Year's Day too or the mother since it will be 2011 (odd year)?

Based PURELY on the exact words you've written...Mom gets January 1, 2011 and Christmas Day 2011.
