We are now on our third court order with him for turning off an essential service. The violations are such that the Attorney Generals office is now investigating.
I think some of us suggested this before but you really should move.

Or at least be well prepared to do so. One of these days the landlord will avail himself on a proper way to terminate the tenancy.
Or the rental will be condemned.

Either way, there is good likelihood that Bng808 will need to find a new place to live.
