What is the name of your state? nevada
closed refi in late december. 2 realtors, 1 mortgage company, 1 third party financier involved. for over 4 months we have attempted to obtain a copy of the mortgage agreement from the above parties and have met only delays, obfuscation, excuses and outright lies. now we are told by all the above parties that they no longer have any copies of the mortgage. can we sue? if no copies of the mortgage exist do we owe anybody anything? who owns the house? we appreciate all the help we can get, thanks.

**A: obtain a copy from the title escrow company. Where is the recorded copy? Do you know that you can file complaints (2 separate ones) against the 2 Realtors? And one agasint the licensed mortgage broker? And why did you not have a real estate attorney represent you? Do you like to gamble since you live in Nevada?
