Bump. Sorry I only have a few days to file.
You will have to answer the complaint. Specific instructions on how to do this are beyond the scope of this forum. You will want to seek local representation, i.e., an attorney.

Okay. I want to file a motion to dismiss, are there forms online that I can populate with the information?

Probably not. You will need to create one yourself. You could go down to the courthouse and look at other files to try and find one, but if you only have "a few days", then I think you're not going to be successful on your own.
