Pretty much does school administration have the right to ask questions about things that happen when you're not at school? Like could someone Yes or No thease three things:
1. If the principle asked if a student was gay, and the student lied and said no, could the principle suspend the student?
2. If the principle asked if two students (male/female) were having sex, and they lied and said no could they be suspended.
3. If off school grounds hours after school a male student pokes a female student in the butt, and the female student's boyfriend goes to the administration and complains, can the administration really do anything to the butt poker. (say girl didn't care and knew it was just scewing around)

The first two are a joke; so, are you the poker, and was there any punishment or do they just tell you to keep your hairy finger to yourself?

And yes, they can change your schedule, they can warn you that the behavior is harassment and she has the right to press charges against you, and they can warn you that her boyfriend is going to poke your butt "off school grounds hours after school."

Or
1. If a student brings a hungery llama to school for show and tell and it lies that it is not hungery can the principle suspend the student?
2. If a student brings half full Big Gulp to class and the school has a waxy paper free zone and the student lies that the straw is not hers can the principle suspend the student?

I got 1 day suspension for poking a girl in the butt when they didn't even ask the girl about it, it didn't even happen at school. They say the reason I got the suspension is beacuse I lied about it, but if it doesent happen at school, during a school function, or around the school, is it any of their buisness in the first place?

**A: this is a clear example of why you should concentrate more on school and educaton than all this other crap.

You missed the day in kindergarten when they taught you to keep your hands to yourself, huh?

You mentioned harrasment in school, ok you were not appropriate when you touched another person, move forward and dont make the same mistake again. You also mentioned this >1. If the principle asked if a student was gay, and the student lied and said no, could the principle suspend the student?
consider reading the following information >>>http://www.holysmoke.org/sdhok/homo11.htm http://www.debtaylor.com/deb/stuff/eauclaire.html If this subject comes up again in your schools principles office I suggest you consider speaking with a school counselor and giving them these Urls and ask them to view them. If your school counselor will not help you then perhaps your parents will wish to speak with atty.

Do they have a right to ask you questions about things that happen outside of school? I wouldn't exactly call it a 'right'. But there's nothing preventing them from asking you about it.

Do what I do when I get questioned about illegal activites by my school.. respectfully refuse to answer those questions. They cannot punish you for doing this, but they can punish you for lying to them, even if what you're lying to them about happens outside of school.
