What is the name of your state? TX

I am currently deployed to Kuwait. My three beautiful children are with their dad and step mom. My ex refuses to allow my mother to have any telephone contact with the children. Is there anything we can do? She was extremely active in the children's lives prior to my deployment and is just sick over not being able to at least call and talk to the kids once a week to check on them

No, there really isn't anything that can be done. Your mother could sue for grandparent visitation rights, but those cases are extremely expensive and time consuming. The odds of a judge ruling on the issue before you return wouldn't be strong.

However, if you do as I suggested in your other thread, and hire an attorney, its possible that dad could be convinced to relent on his stance.
