I have no idea what expirence you had with german courts but thatsa not what I would have went with the girl's for.
I have a child with my new husband and I would never leave the family I am in now or would I have ever left the staates with the girls for good.
I know alot of people say that would not but I am not oen of them.
Like you said with a duel citizen chip it would have been easy but it never habbend and never will.
I made it here in the staates my selfe and I will continue doing the best I can to be here for my kids and new family.
I just wish the girl would see there family more often.
And it is not very easy for them to come over here.
It cost alot of money to fly my family here.
And my dad and sister were here beore when I was still living with him and he made them feel very badly about there stay here.
Spousal support I dont want it anymore.
I was just wondering with the court order that I had if there is any way we could have filed for eather spousal or childsupport.

Ich hab effarung mit die Deutsche Gesetz. Also bin ich Auslander, hab ich auch in Deutchland fur 20 Jahren gewonht.

The court won't care at what cost your family must pay. you are now subject to the American courts. So follow the orders period.

And I have been.
I just was saying that it would be nice for the two week vacation I have with the girl's to go home and see my family with them.
Or for x-mass
My mom passted away and I wasn't elought even then to take them home.
That's just sick sorry but it is.Anyways I have been lifing with the american law and I just dont thing I been treadet fair.I was after my divorce on my own not knowing anyone or much about the laws around here.But I have done alot of research and alot of learning since I pushed my selfe to learn good english and I am still learning.I got my selfe about 2 month ago a very good laywer and she has done more then the other two have done for me in 2 years .
