If the arbitrator's award statement states "...judgement in favor of plaintiff againts the defendant in the ammount of $x.xx plus costs"
What exactly does "plus costs" mean? Does the court determine what that figure is, or do I have to submit some kind of expense report to the prothonotary to show what my costs were?
If I submit the report - what kinds of things can be included - lawyer fees, court fee, appeal fee? Since I represented myself - can I include time I spent preparing the paperwork for the suit?
Thank you
