What is the name of your state? Arizona.

At marathon financial in phoenix, arizona where we have purchased a car, and they told us they would be reoprting our payments every month on our car to the credit bureau so that we ACTUALLY are gaining credit , well its now discovered nearly less than a year later that this dealer company has not made a single obvious action of this job on their end. Whats the solution here?, aside from calling them to give them our (the owners of the vehicle our spiel) , what legal actions can we take , or atleast mention to this dealer manager what type of problem he could be facing from us as the owners?? Sorry i was not EXACTLY sure where this type of post would be placed.
Let me know at your most earliest convienance. Plus this vehicle they defenitley screwed us, telling us everything was new in it , especially the mechanics but now we've had to invest 3,000 bucks into in repairs on a transmission rebuilt AND the principal cost of it was around 8,000 and we made a down payment of 3900.00. a rip off. Its a Buick park avenue 98'
sincerely,

Paul

What are you talking about? Are you asking if there is a legal requirement to report to the credit agencies? There is not.

ok then what can i do about this? What would you do? Because NO credit is showing up after all my payments and its effecting me of getting this car traded because this buick park avenue they sold me they screwed me in estimated longevity of the mechanics... how do i get my credit to be shown ... it takes some sort of steps in action.

yes, briefly,
you read it, follow the directions on how to add information for non reporting creditors to your account, and do so if you choose.
