I was wondering if this forum can help me on this. Me and my wife are not US citizens and we about to divorce. She lives in Europe and I live in NC, my question is: will I required to share the house that I bought in NC. I was wondering if anybody can answer this or redirect me to an international marriage related forums?

Your question doesn't have a simple, yes or no, answer. If you are filing in NC, the the laws of NC apply. If your wife is filing in Europe, then the laws of her country apply.

Not without the cooperation of the US courts. Depending on the facts of the matter, the US courts may or may not cooperate. I would suspect that its more likely that they would cooperate.
