I have court coming up in a few days, regarding child visitation.
I originaly had taken the ex to court and ask the Judge to change the court order regarding the children transportation, to have the ex deliver the children to my house at the begining of the visitation, and I to deliver the children at the end. (this is a two hour drive)

this was done to avoid me traveling two hours to pick up my kids and return home without them,

the court didn't allow my request, but it order that next I time that I pick them up and for any reason the kids didn't want to come, then the mother will be responsable for the delivery from then on.

well, it happen, the very first time after the court order, I when to pick them up, my son was not home and my dougther didn't want to come, so I returned home without them.

now the ex has file to have the order reverse, claiming that she can not drive at nights and have no one to help her drive to deliver the children on Friday nights, and even got a doctors note that states that she got KERATOCONUS and is not safe for her to drive at night.
she said that she got someone that can help her drive on Sundays at the end of visitation,
so she is asking the judge to reverse the order.
she did hire a lawyer, and even have a letter from the kids theraphist, that suguest I visit the children in their place of living.

what can I expect in court????

no one can tell you what to expect in court because we don't know the judge, you or the looney ex.

What I CAN tell you is that your counter argument IF the court allows her conditions is to have child support reduced by the costs that you will be forced to incur due to the ex's manipulation of the court.

Great.
now, how do I do my counter argument? right there in court? or do I have to request another hearing?

how do I prepare my self for this coming court date, any forms that I should fill out and take with me?

you hire your own attorney. You are not equipped to represent yourself against HER attorney.
