What is the name of your state? Florida

My daughter changed schools about amonth ago (Public to Private)
The Private school called the Public School to ask questions concerning my daughters learning disability.

The principal of the private school called me to discuss my daughters learning disability while we were talking she told me the Guidance Counselor also informed her all the disciplinary information in my daughters school records. Can they do that?
I've read very little information concerning Students RightsWhat is the name of your state?

COULD SOMEONE ELSE ANSWER MY Q?

Can anybody call a school and ask personal information about a student? What can I do as a parent when his happens?

Who's to know the person calling is who they say they are? When I enrolled my daughter in private school I did not sign any paperwork requesting a record transfer. How is that Legal for the school to give private information about a student.

How is information on the child's learning capabilities, performance and conduct personal or private information? Sounds like you are trying to hide something about your child from the school.
