visitations denied from ex wife

I have a parenting plan and i have been taking my kids every other weekend as stated on the parenting plan. However, my ex discovered that my two kids had little bumps on them. She took them to the doctor, well actually a PAC and he said it was Folliculitis-which is a bacterial infection. He gave them some antibiotics and sent them on their way. I live with my fiancee and her three kids and she thought that my two kids got the bacterial infection from my fiancees kids. We just got them checked and they dont have it neither, as do i or my fiancee for that matter. My ex still wants to keep my kids from me on my days. Do i file contempt on her? She is certain that i will lose my visitation privileges, but i dont see how since this infection is not coming from my house. How likely is it that a judge will disallow visitation to the father? I do expect her to get slammed in the courtroom because i think this is all just a bunch of jealousy issues.

Tell her that everyone in your house has been checked out and no one has the infection. Therefore, if she denies your parenting time that you are going to take her to court for contempt.

However.....where do your children sleep? Make sure that there isn't an issue that you are unaware of. Its a staph infection therefore the source of the infection could be in your home, without anyone else in your home getting the infection.

she is also making accusations of sexual abuse going on at my house. My son is mildly autistic and repeats alot of stuff he hears and sees. She lets him watch inappropriate movies and who knows what goes on at her house. There is no evidence of any kind of abuse whatsoever and to question that is absurd. She is just against me living with my fiancee so is about to come up with anything possible to get me not to see my kids. She thinks that my fiancees kid is molesting him which is bull. Who is she reporting her accusations to? If an official complaint is or has been filed, the authorities will investigate, but they know all too well that many parents make false accusations as revenge. If your aren't doing anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about.

no im not worried about anything. My son is saying alot of things and i dont know where he is getting these words from. Like I said he is mildly autistic and repeats lots of things. For instance, she told me that the kids were running around the house with no clothes on--which i find highly innappriate and my son came up behind my daugher and said "gotta get in the but, First of all, i dont know where he would get something like that from. But she is just totally spreading the accusations my way and i dont appreciate it at all. I told her she needs to stop either making stuff up or watch what she is teaching these kids. She will say or do anything to stop the kids from coming to my house

File contempt charges if she denies your visitation.

The judge is not going take away your visitation b/c of this. The child couldve gotten that for a lot of different reasons (see link) that have nothing to do with the kids that live in the home. Frankly, if a judge is taking away visitation b/c of this, he would need to be taking visitation away for all sorts of illness that are easily spread- colds, flu, lice...

As far as the abuse...well, if nothing is going on, then I wouldnt worry about it. I'd probably keep an eye on the kids very closely, though. Just in case.

things just took a turn. The mother took the kids to the doctor for a second opinon and a different doc said it was scabies. The thing is she is still pushing the blame this way on my fiance and her kids--and none of us have it-but we still getting treated.
As for the abuse, my ex called me and left me a message saying that the next time my fiance boy touches her son she is gonna break his arm. I can understand my ex being upset, but it DID NOT happen, nothing did. My son is autistic and repeats lots of stuff. She puts stuff in his head and he repeats it. He might be saying something and she thinks its something else, and its always sexual it seems. My fiance called cps and the police on her and the police called her and told her to stop harrassing us and for us to get a harrassment order against her. Im also filing contempt of court on her for her denieing my visitation. I understand her reasons in her own head-but nothing is happening. So to court we all will go. She is not in her right mind at all. This is just stressful and im just venting. what do you guys think of this?

I hope you saved the message. Threatening a CHILD with bodily harm was a really stupid move on her part.
