I am trying to find a step by step explanation of the procedure I must follow in order to evict some one in the state of California. So far I have filled out a 3 day pay or quit notice I had planned on posting on the door of the trailer that is in my yard. What would I do next?

This is basic, trailer parks have a different rule sometimes in Cali.. keep your Google skills up to date. I think they might make it a College skill! (Google101 taught by Prof Geek: Mr. Get Nodates.) Heckfire it is so basic it should be taught in grammer school.

Come on you are smarter than this. The real question is if you want to do all the paperwork in the case you get to the eviction process.... hmmmmm

Smarter then what? Do you think that I am asking you for info that I already know? Or is it that your self esteem is so low that you feel the need to try to make yourself look/feel better/bigger by belittling someone else otherwise just being plan rude. Really, I am sorry you can't give yourself more credit due. You seem to deserve it. You have knowledge that can be useful to others. It is just too bad there's a price to be paid.

If you got info on me Heckfire..I am a liked and not liked but I like to think of myself of honest, ornery, true,strange and if wrong... honest about that! But I try to give the fACTS. Others differ and quiffer(sp) But they have that right but heckfire. This is a DEMOCRATIC America (Finally again hee hee).

It is a general handbook but it does give footnotes quoting Civil Codes which can be helpful. Also it has a step by step guide on how to file and unlawful detainer in the back of the book. Just be careful, when filing a UD on your own one mistake can cost you weeks if you have a die-hard tenant.

There are also different laws for mobilehomes in particular, so be sure, you are sure, you know what you are doing.
