What is the name of your state? OHIO SOON TO BE NUMBER 1, GO BUCKS
Col. respectfully, thank you for your time, and suggestion for a PP. As
you are now very aware of, in that i have been at this for 32 years and
have tried for a PP which i find will not provide me with what i seek.
An Art. 74b or Clemncy through the BCNR would be just if not more
effective than the PP. So, FYI, i will proceed pro se by way of a writ
of coram nobis; and if i fail at least i tried! And then, i will regroup, and
move to either or both of the aforementioned!
By the way, a PP takes anywhere from 12 to 24 months, and there
are no appeals, nor do they have to give you a reason why it is
denied, which in most cases they are!
