Open your HEAD.

You cannot make a website for a fictitious or even real person advertising that he/she is a lawyer unless they really are. I mean you can make the site but if you falsely advertise that the advice is legit than you could face a case, especially if people pay for the advice.
You can record someone for personal use but if you publicly display it on a site and the person asks you to take it down you must do so. Also, if you sell it you could be dealing with the police as well.
