What is the name of your state? AZ

I go to trial next week and I'm a nervous wreck! I have some serious concerns because my child's father is doing everything he can to try to complicate matters and make me look like a lunatic in front of the judge. I have primary physical custody he is wanting joint custody.

A month ago I went to pick my child up at his house and his Mrs, girlfriend (whatever) answered the door and told me my child was eating dinner and then slammed the door in my face. I was not happy to say the least. I knocked on the door again and she answered again to tell me the same thing. I told her to please bring my child out and she said no. Then I asked where my child's father was and he peered out from behind the door yelling it's not 6:00 yet. It was clearly 6, court order says I'm suppose to be there at 6 and I drove an hour and a half and had to be back for a birthday dinner with my family. They refused to let my son come out and I walked away stating I was going to call the police.

I went to call the police and then my child's father came out to yell and berate me in front of my daugther (who was crying at the because of his yelling at me) and great aunt who were with me. He also stated he got the whole thing on video tape. I was completely taken back considering I did nothing wrong. I won't deny I was mad and very upset but did not curse, yell or scream. He then later brought our son out. As I was leaving he was on his cell phone.

He later told me that he filed a police report against me for kicking his door and acting in a bipolar rage (I'm not bipolar and nor did I kick his door).

On the next exchange his wifey poo was videotaping at my parent's house (where we do the exchanges) and confronted me in a very rude manner. I didn't say a word (my father is a witness). When I went to pick my child up the next time she was video taping right in our face.

We have been doing exchanges for nearly two years WITHOUT confrontation or conflict and then all of a sudden before our trial they plan this nonsense.

My concern is this type of behavior is unreasonable and not healthy for our child or my daughter to see. How do judges view police reports (do they believe eveything people file)?

How is videotaping viewed in court? Considering he was trying to entrap me into a confrontation will that be harmful against him?

I am trying to find it, but I think you might do some searching yourself for someone telling a story about videotaping a very similar exchange.

well, something is smelling quite fishy right now. active viewers on THIS thread include Shaqdaddy. but no Onmytime. What a coincidence.

Got to say that until I see them both online at the same time, I will have to conclude that this is dad, now posing as mom.
