What is the name of your state? AZ

I am an artist and have a contract with a company to manufacture some of my work. The contract referres to a "schedule A" document for specifics on each seperate item, that designates the name of the peice as well as commission schedule etc. I never received this part of the contract, and even after numerous requests for it, still do not have it. I visited the companies website today, to find my artwork for sale there! Am I wrong in thinking that my work can not be sold without this important document in place? Also, my contract stated that I was suppose to receive an artist proof before sale of the item, and I have not received this either. Is this company in breach of contract for offering my work for sale with out providing samples and documentation before hand?

No one can tell you what your 'contractural rights' are without reading the contract. However, have you thought about sending them a CERTIFIED (RRR) letter demanding the missing items within 5 business days from receipt of the letter or you will consider their non-compliance as a material breach and take legal action to void such contract?
