What is the name of your state? Washington
Husband of 25 yrs. (ex lawyer), gave me divorce papers with no warning or discussion. Moved in with his new woman immediately and continues his adulterous affair. He is diagnosed with Classic Narcississtic Personality Disorder. His planning and scheming for many years along with the manipulation and control have left me devistated. All of our mutual friends and acquaintances and my own daughter have been programmed by him and believe his viscious lies about me. I am alienated from everyone in our small town. He cleverly stalls any interrogation, continues the verbal abuse of me, controls all the money while leaving me with all debts. My question to you is this...Because I have been emotionally, financially, verbally and medically abused by him and alienated through his lies and deceipt do I have grounds to sue him apart and seperate from the divorce?
