Is selling Gmail and mail.com emails on ebay legal? I'm not so sure, but there are a TON of eBay auctions selling emails... I'm not sure if Gmail, Mail.com, or Hotmail have any hidden statements about this in their terms of use, but from what I can see, it looks clean.

Little help guys?

-Thanks.

Why would anyone buy a Gmail account, I have over 450 of them available for free to anybody that wants one. Guess P.T. Barnum was right.

What do the respective service providers say when you ask?

I haven't yet. By the way, I do have over 800 of them, but the ones I wish to sell are very rare.

Come back and post AFTER you receive responses from the providers to your questions.

So you are selling pre setup e-mail accounts like [email protected] to people who will most likely abuse them.

Here is a link to a VERY RARE e-mail address for sale.

I am the provider. I thought you meant ISP or something....
*sigh* You are beeing told to contact the provider of the e-mail service (I.E Google) and ask them.
