Its a long story, and i have talked about it in other threads i started, but i want to know what you guys think of my chances of getting custody of my 2 children by proving their mother to be unfit.
We divorced in Jan of '05. We did however get back together but for the kids sake-it didnt work out so we split for good. Meanwhile, i met up with this girl i had known since high school--im talking 12 years back. Me and her got together and my ex wife didnt like it one bit and especially her having 3 kids of her own and thinking i was abandoning mine. Anyways to make a long story short, she tried making all these accusations that the kids were getting mistreated, that my son was getting sexually molested as well. She left a message on my phone stating she was gonna break my wife's sons hand the next time he touched him. We called the police on her for threatening him and CPS as well. My ex called the police stating that my son was sexually molested. Mind you, my son is autistic. He repeats words and its hard to differentiate between what he is saying. He said something along the line of "shake the stick"....my ex took it as "touch the dick" and automatically thought that he was being molested by the oldest boy. She asked him who did that jonny, and he repeated "jonny do that."
Anyways, i didnt believe a word of it , but at the same time was tired of everything going on so i moved out of the house in with my mom and let my ex think we were broken up so i would at least get to see my kids over the holidays. We also got an attorney ahead of time because we knew a war was gonna start. Me and my new wife got married a couple a weeks ago. We now a couple days ago let her in on the news. Now, my ex is harassing me and leaving me messages, which i have all recorded and getting ready to get transcribed for court, and she gave me baby pics of the kids but had my face scratched out of pics and wrote on them saying i was a bad father and my kids hate me.
BLAH BLAH BLAH....but with all of this, what do you think are my chances of proving her unfit?....doesnt she sound like an unfit mother to you?
