Hello, hope everyone is doing well on this forum.
I have a child support review conference next month as a follow up to a child support modification conference we had four months ago.
I'm questioning if I should seek an increase in child support due to the increase in minimum wage by almost two dollars in Arizona. I want the judge to attribute at least an income of min. wage since I know he is capable of earning but is choosing not to work.
What are your thoughts on increasing child support due to the min. wage increase?

Did you run the numbers? Chances are it would make a MINIMAL difference. If you've already got a c/s review coming up, it cant hurt to ask, but it likely will not raise your support much at all.
