A debt Collector in Kansa insisting that I give them my bank account, they will not accept money order payments. They said they will sue and i haven't heard from for two weeks. I don’t know what is going on. I offered to send payments by money order even though the amount they said I owe was much higher from what I owe. Can a Debt Collector that doesn't have a legal Department in Kansas sue someone in Michigan??

Thanks
