I am wondering if there is anything I can do about being harassed by my former employers. I was a cheerleading coach at a high school. When I attend any sporting events the new coach and some of the school staff watch every move I make and even try listening to my conversations. The first game I went to several students were asking me questions about why I wasn't coaching anymore. The athletic director called each of these students to his office on the following Monday and interrogated them about what I said to them and if I was talking about the new coach or cheerleaders. I still enjoy going to the games, I loved it when I was coaching, now I get to an active spectator. I am doing nothing wrong and feel very uncomfortable every time I attend. I don't think it's fair for me to stop attending, there are kids there that I bonded with and we all sit and cheer together (in the crowd). The harassment has been seen by others and can be substantiated. Is there anything I can do?? Please help. The school already took my job away, now they are making me even more miserable.
