What is the name of your state? KY

This makes my physically sick, so tell me if I have a case or just a bug. I began to work for a company in July of 06, and in Sept. the wife of my employer started accusing us of having an affair (he is 30 yrs. older than me, and been a long time family friend)she also accused him of having an affair with my mother about 15 yrs. ago. After all the damage she did to my mother, I will not let her do it to me. She is spreading these horrible lies and she has even called me at my home to scream at me and try to blame me for the for the demise of her marriage and the business. Now she even yells at me at work when she and her husband have a fight as if it is all my fault. I have not said one word to her in my defense, but now when I'm at work and she yells at me for ruining her life I vomit. My stomach is in constant knots for the unknown outburst that can come at any moment. I am not the type of person to let someone walk all over me, but I have bit my tounge for my bosses benefit. I'm tired of biting now and would like some legal advice. What is this? Slander, harrassment, emotional distress, pain and suffering? Please help before I go crazy.

so if she can tell people that I'm having an affair with her husband (I am married) and constantly harass me with no legal recourse.

I have gotten a cut in pay which my boss has tried to make up in a monthly commission check, and a cut in hours.

well today I have been "let go" because my boss could no longer handle his wife. I wasn't given a justifiable reason for termination. It's been an emotional day

My employer stated that I was a wonderful, hard worker and it had nothing to do with my job performance, but his wife had been in her room crying all day and it was his marriage or me. He also told me his business would suffer without me, and he couldn't have asked for a greater employee. Months ago when all this started I asked him if I was going to be fired over it and he said NO! I can't let you go, you do too much for this company. Now today I get no notice, and no severance, just him saying "I hate to do this too you, but**************"
