I have resently had trouble with a state department disclosing personal info to volient party of my past which by court order I have no contact with. This has not been the first indent where info was released. In first insdent I was exposed after four years. I now relocate in order protect myself and my children. The party as contacted me. I am needing to know what type lawsuit to file and what type of attorney I need consult.What is the name of your state?

Right privacy

It's really long story but the just of it is my address and whole life is has been exposed somone has hurt one of children in the past. I believe I do have a claim to damages. You see the man nearly murder his own child., my child. The state is thw one made motion to termainte his perntal rights. The states child protective Unit job is do what is the best interest of the child. They have duty care protect them as well as I. By giving this man info he he feels he can be our lives. He may be locked up now but what if he weren't locked up? The court has said he is not have noc-contact with any child under age 18. I spent five years trying to keep our lives seprate, I come back to the state of iowa only to have dhs give this man address other personal info. I don't think so. The admitted they made but have refused to anything about it. I comforted them about issue yet again after last years indent where child abuse aessssment was sent him and should not have been. Which is what happen here. The Dhs man said the "Damges where already done what do I expect them to do." This my parols after jan 2008 he wrote many letters to me threaten to hurt me and them. How can say there damages in this case?

Have you taken these threatening letters to the DA's office??

And you need to check your posts for spelling errors before you submit...it's hard to follow what you are saying...
