What is the name of your state? TEXAS ...yee haw!

I have a car that I "bought", I have not signed a contract only gave the down payment. I'm having issues with the car, I've taken it back to them 3 times for "breaking" down. Can I get my money back (complete) without having problems? Or what can I do?

Thanks Guys/Gals.

What do you mean? You bought the car 'as is' put a down payment on it and you're making payments. You own the car, and have had it long enough to bring it back 3 times. You own it, pay to get it fixed.

I gave a down payment and they let me take it. I have not signed a contract of any sort! In the time I have had the car, it's been back to them 3 times and tomorrow will be the 4th. I have not made any payments because I've only had it 2weeks tomorrow.

See!:)

Your use of the car is going to weigh heavily on any claim you may have that you didn't "buy" the car.

So is there an answer to my question? I have "weighed" in the deduction of "mileage", but it's minimal, not worried there. Unless they decide to charge an arm and a leg. Ha Ha.:)

You are being very flippant about this.
Based on the facts that you have presented, you owe for the full amount of your contract (yes, you do have a contract).

No, it's not that I don't take it serious. It's that I'm a lighthearted person. :)
I have not contract, no paperwork was done -- only a receipt for down payment.
I really do want the car. I just want them to fix it once and for all. I just want to be "armed" with good information.

You need to understand that not every contract has to be written.
