You don't get to choose those who will be in your review process. The woman is your supervisor and supervisors have input into the performance review of their subordinates. And, while you may question the validity of your company's review process, there's not anything you can do to change it. And, contrary to what most people think or want, subjective reviews typically are based on more than performance. So, I'm back to my original advice: You should focus on doing your work, examine your performance in light of her review comments and figure out how you are going to redeem your working relationship. You might ask those who do your review what you need to do to earn a "superior" rating and focus on doing that.
I asked them how I could improve performance to the superior level. They responded in the review itself by inventing negatives and telling me that I should improve in those areas. BTW, I believe that an individual can change the process and I also believe that any good lawyer would recognize that. The only way that I can improve my performance within the company is by changing the attitudes of the company's leaders.

The only way a lawyer can help you change your company's review process is if that process very specifically discriminates against protected classes, such as race, disability, religion, gender and so on. If the process doesn't discriminate this way, then it doesn't matter how unfair or bad it is, there's nothing you and every single lawyer in the US all together can do about it - while it may be a bad process, while it may be an unfair process, it is most definitely NOT an illegal process.

I've been reading your posts here pretty carefully, and while it seems there might be a bit of retaliatory action happening on the part of your supervisor, I think your company is doing whatever it can to ensure that you're not adversely affected (meaning that you're no worse off than your coworkers) by this alleged retaliatory action. I think you just oughtta go back to work, and stop obsessing about this supervisor. If you continue to try and find a way to sue your company (for this reason, for that reason, for whatever new reason you happen to think of next), you're gonna end up being fired. And this will be legal.

Listen, it's time to put an end to this. You have been told over and over again that you have no case. If you feel differently, then take about $5,000 out of the bank and hire an attorney. There are plenty of lawyers who need a laugh.
