Here is the situation:

CP is moving 30 miles away from NCP. Is CP 100% responsible for visitation drop off and pick up?

Background:

The town that CP is moving to is the closest town to the rural area where they used to live. Both the CP and the NCP work in this town that CP is moving to. Also, child still goes to school in hometown (CP drives child daily back and forth to school - 30 miles). However, on weekends CP wants to drop the child off at 3pm and NCP is DEMANDING child at 1pm and says that CP is responsible for travel since he is the one the moved.

I wrote this question for a friend who asked me the question and I didn't know the answer so I decided to ask you guys. My friend is marrying the CP and CP is moving to "town" w/ his soon to be wife.
