What is the name of your state? Washington

This question has a few layers: My ex and I have been divorced since November and we have a 20 month old daughter. He lives with his parents. His sister and her family recently moved in with him and his parents. His sister is married to a registered level 2 sex offender. The man isnt allowed to be around children other than his own. I have been in touch with his parol officer. My ex doesnt care about any of that and is mad I wont let him take our daughter before we talk about this situation in a reasonable manner. In the parenting plan, we do not have a weekly visitation schedual because my ex didnt want one (he had said he was moving out of state, and didnt want to finalize anything before he had his "new schedual" so it ended up being filed and finalized blank) so LEGALLY im not required to let him see her until easter. Should I get an attorney? I dont know how to handle him...HELP!

Legally, you seem to be correct.
Is SIL's ex around?
She moved in, but no mention if he did.
If your CO has no visitation or custody listed, then you don't have to send the child.

the sils husband and she are still together. he has moved in. and lied to his po about MY ex living there, stating that he might come visit with his kids for weekends. The po said absolutly not. my major concern is that I dont want to keep her away from her dad, but hes being impossible. And I refuse to let her around this child molester. Should i get an attorney just to cover my own butt?

DON'T send your kids there.
There is no order requiring it.
Meet Dad somewhere for him to see the kids.
If there are other kids in the house...call the PO.
