this guy from ebay sold me a fake rolex and i filed a case against him but i could not make it so i didnt show up and neither did he that day.

can i file it again? and how would i do so ?

i heard as long as it hasnt been past 2 years its still ok.

You should be able to refile. Get the forms from the clerk's office.

do you mean the actual courthouse? and if so which court should i go to? the one in my city or his city?

he lives about 3 hours from me


the watch was 2600
