Hi need to know what I need to do to do this I want to sue a place called cashnetusa in illinois they keep calling me about a loan that I never applied for and asked them to stop calling me and the lady I was talking to said they won't call again and what happens they call again go through the same process now today they called again its like there 10th or 11th time so i'm just wondering what I would be able to sue them for after i've talked to them and go through the same thing every time they call its really pissing me off

You want to sue them? What are your damages?

Obviously, you don't know anything about the law, so you should talk to an attorney. When all of them refuse to take you on a contingency basis, hopefully you'll realize you're not looking at much of a lawsuit.

No I don't know a lot about law thats why I came here to see if anyone could help me. My damages are the calls are putting a lot of stress on me. I'm getting migraines every time they call me going through the same process every time they call. Its causing me a lot of pain and anguish. So would you or anyone here be able to help me could really use it.

Not answering their calls might be an idea!! They are calling you about a loan? Do they say that you owe them money? Do they say that they want to give you money? What is the purpose of their calls?
