What is the name of your state? Indiana
I am noticing that ALOT of these threads are written by someones fiance or new wife/husband who have nothing to do with any of these cases. Some of them seem so worried about how much is paid on child support, etc.and wondering what can be done. I am sorry but these people have no business in these cases. Its between the parents, not the girlfriends/boyfriends/fiances/stepparents. Its really getting irritating and if the actual PARENT has legal questions then they should be the ones to come on here and ask for advice because they are the ones who know the whole situation. One poster had no idea what arreages meant but yet wants people to help her answer questions regarding support that is none of her business. Sorry for the rant just hope people read this and know if they are not the parent then get the actual parent to post here.
It will make it much easier for the wise ones on here that know what they are talking about (you know who you are) to answer questions when they are dealing with the actual parent that knows whats going on.
