What is the name of your state? NH,
Can you file suit against a member the house of representatives? This may amounts to no more than a frivolous suit and I highly doubt it would be winnable. But I'd like to know if one(I) could sue a rep for his pork barreling of H. R. 1591 U.S. Troop Readiness, Veterans' Health, and Iraq Accountability Act, 2007. specifically congressman Sanford Bishop of (D) Georgia. He put in a request for $74,000,00.00 for peanut storage. I see two reasons for this the first being he needs to store his nuts and second to assure the bill would fail to pass. So I ask will a federal court allow me to bring such a suit?
Look I know it's highly unlikely that it would be winnable but something needs to be done to put a fire under these people

pork barrel

congressionally misconduct (adding peanuts to this bill to insure it fails to pass) bribery (adding into the bill to insure ones vote) extortion ( add this to the bill or I wont vote for it)
