Because it is MOM'S privileged medical info. YOU have NO grounds to get ahold of it -- on the basis that another person told you so. It'd take a LOT of legal wrangling -- and therefore a lot of $$$ -- to get that into court. Good luck with that...

I'm interseted in the well being of my daughter here. I am willing to do anything, or spend anything, to make sure she is in the best situation possible. Please do not make sarcastic comments to me concerning something that could hurt my little girl. I DON'T appreciate it.

If you have the money to spend, then you should probably get an attorney ASAP and ask him/her if there is a way to have a court-ordered evaluation. I've heard of it happening here over custody issues, but it may be different in your state. An initial consultation may be free or very cheap.

IF you plan to frolic around within the legal system, you'd best develop a MUCH MUCH MUCH thicker hide. If you think that lawyers or judges are gonna pussyfoot around you, you are sadly mistaken.
