AZ is the same Zig. I can give you a link if you want. Almost the exact same verbiage.
Thanks Fair -

Actually, after looking at it, I see that Arizona is even more clear that the child's wishes WILL be considered and doesn't even mention anything about the capacity of the child...so it's MORE explicit than Nevada.

I'm looking forward to the part where OP goes to see an attorney, pays his $$$, and finds out what I and y'all have already told him...for free. Then OP has one of his patented girly temper tantrums at the attorney...later, OP has another hissy fit at the judge....:p

I don't think I've ever seen a "male" get so very pissy here before -- does anyone else remember such a girlyman on here before, with such delicate widdle feelings?
Thank you. You are very mature and wise.

Thank you. I appreciate your sincerity.
Nothin' against MyHouse at all, I like her fine...but did you appreciate her LEGAL INPUT??

FA is not here to *support* you ~~emotionally~~ bucky. We gave you legal info, for free. Say thank you like a grownup and go hire an attorney. And if you expect the attorney to hold your hand ~~emotionally~~, then you are hiring the wrong professional. You'd need a therapist for that. The attorney is to help you with the LAW.

You'll thank me later for telling you the truth. I can wait. ;)

You mean a lawyer doesn't double as a therapist?! Wow! You really do give useful information. Once again, thank you oh wise one.
