Actually, after looking at it, I see that Arizona is even more clear that the child's wishes WILL be considered and doesn't even mention anything about the capacity of the child...so it's MORE explicit than Nevada.

I'm looking forward to the part where OP goes to see an attorney, pays his $$$, and finds out what I and y'all have already told him...for free. Then OP has one of his patented girly temper tantrums at the attorney...later, OP has another hissy fit at the judge....
