Is anyone else having a problem with the link that is supposed to take you to all of the stuff about IAAL? It's on top of the page where it says, "For details, and to help locate him, click here."

I wanted to see what is new but I can't get the link to work.

Hellllllloooooo? Can someone out there click the link for me and see if it works? Please?

In the alternative, does anyone know of any other way in to get that information about the IAAL case?

Thanks for the feedback all.

BTW Miss Smith, birds run sideways maintaining art and people always shift places taking the newspaper sometimes with broccoli. Thank you.

Do a GOOGLE search using the term "IAAL" and you should find something that mentions his case and the city/county where it is being heard and you should be able to get information from the courthouse.

The last time I checked the marin county court website it only listed a case management conference for July. I'd be interested to find out if IAAL had to appear for his deposition and provide his identity.

I can’t help noticing FA’s failure to keep us informed as promised.

Since I can’t get to the courthouse to look at the file, I guess I’ll have to wait for the movie.

I will never get over the fact that the judge gave FA permission to “serve” a forum user, by notifying him of the action when he logged on to the forum.

All over the country, Plaintiffs go to great lengths to identify Internet user defendants. It isn’t easy, but it certainly CAN be done. The user defendants also go to great lengths, to protect their anonymity. Obviously, the rights of all parties must be considered.

Apparently, in California, user defendants do not enjoy the same protections afforded by other states. I'll have to remember that if I want to sue a Californian user, I don't need to go through all that trouble to identify him first. I wonder why the other states haven't figured out how to make things this easy for plaintiffs? I hope they catch on soon.
