Just seeing if anyone out there got some legal advisor to review their condo docs when they first receive them? If so whats the general cost and are there specialists that handle that? a pointer in the right direction would be helpful thanks!~ I ask because alot of the legal jargon i don't fully understand and can get confusing...

No, I never have. But if you have questions, it would be in your best interest to seek legal advice if you don't understand.

One good source is Robert Bruss (the real estate columnist).

He has a list of things to ask before you buy a condo.

Also, read some of the tales of woe on this forum about people who have bought condos.

I wouldn't live in one if you paid me!!!
