What is the name of your state? CA

I am having a hard time finding representation and I am hoping anyone out there can help me.

My problem is this:

A woman posed as a licensed therapist and phd gave oral testimony that I was her client and presented a false diagnosis to make me look as an unfit mother in a psych eval. I told the evaluator the woman was not my therapist and that she wasn't licensed, he claimed it didn't matter. It does matter. I reported her to the State Board of Psych and they sent me a letter supporting that she was not a licensed phd in psychology. I have reported her to the Board of Behavioral Science for saying she is a licensed therapist, when she is not. They are investigating my claim. What she said had weight in the psych eval which my ex wanted done. He has been arrested for murder, and convicted of domestic violence and has not been allowed to see my daughter for the past four years. That isn't my issue. I want to sue this woman for what she has done and perhaps the evaluator as well. She runs a rehab in pacific palisades and professes to be a doctor and charges over 30k a month cash to mentally screw people up more. The eval favored my ex....which is a real bad risk of continued violence against me and possibly my daughter being abducted. I am at a loss for word of the judicial system that have failed to protect me. I am at a loss for words at the Judge who said, "I don't take these things lightly", but didn't do anything about it.

I need a lawyer to help me please.....What is the name of your state?

Thank you for replying!

1. My ex isn't in jail on the murder charge due to lack of physical evidence. The detectives couldn't find the weapon. A witness named him along with a friend of his. The witness turned out not to be credible to due to drug use. My ex spent 20 days in jail for the DV conviction and is on probation.

2. Damages are:

Emotional Distress, Pain and Suffering, Negligence, malice and conspiracy with intent to cause harm.

I prepared a stip and order on visitation as a result of the psych eval. I did that due to the fact the report gave my ex custody which was wrong. His lawyers wouldn't sign it (pro per) and I had to beg, borrow and steal to hire an attorney that changed one word in the stip. It's been damage control and my daughter is emotionally not well being forced to see a man that is violent and fears he will do terrible things. The woman lied to the evaluator so that he would get what he wants, to still control me and the situation.
The Judge all though has not taken this lightly is not doing anything about it. He has not been called on the carpet, sanctioned , nothing. The weight of what she said was taken seriously. I could loose my kid.

You cannot get money for someone making you feel bad.

Negligence, malice and conspiracy are there. The money I have paid out of pocket and borrowed in order to clean up the damage which isn't working. Then if there isn't any recourse, can someone please tell me straight out.

Hire a good family court lawyer, and get a restraining order. Do whatever it takes to protect you and your little girl.
