OK Father has absolutley nothing to do with his children except to pick them up on christmas to take them to his parents christmas party. or should i say used to pick them up, now i have to take them and drop them off because father is a druggie. I will not allow any unsupervised visits anymore. My husband would like to adopt them, can i terminate the fathers parental rights. Im sorry you folks dont like me for some reason, but you dont have to be mean about it

Has paternity been established? Are there visitation orders? Has dad been proven legally unfit? Is dad paying any support -- is there a child support order? You cannot terminate the father's parental rights -- only a court can do that.
You can state all you want that you will not allow unsupervised visits anymore however if there is a court order you MUST follow it. If not then you are in wrong.
And nobody dislikes you. We just dont like pulling teeth and we dont like it when people answer when they don't know the answer.

if there is no visitation order he is not obligated to visit the kids (and even if there was visitation is a RIGHT not an obligation) because there is no order for visits, neither he nor you is automaticaly responsible to transport the kids, because there is no order to address that. you also say he has done nothing but bring them to a christmas party but THEN say you hav eto do all the transporting now...so has he seen the kids since christmas or not?

he is paying support so there is no parental abandonment.

no he hasnt seen the kids since christmas. I dont HAVE to transport the kids but i do for their saftey. If I didnt take them to the christmas party (which I dont have to do) they would not see their other grandparents. And i was letting him transport until my oldest came home and told me "Daddy smoked a joint on the way home and told me not to tell you" And the only reason he pays support is because they attach his wages and threatened to take his licence. I didnt get support for 2 years before that

Again, no visitation order means he does no thave to visit the kids. and your wording in the first post is confusing as far as transport.

and the pot is hearsay...you have no proof.

ANd it does not matter HOW a parent pays support as long as they PAY it. Which he is so.....you have NO case.

Oh, please.

You didn't ask a good question. You gave no facts. So I answered your question, as it was presented.

You should have been able to find that info easily. Google, or search this site.
