Non Delivery of Goods

Last Year I ordered $50,000 work of goods from a company in California . They did not deliver all the goods and have refused to refund me the balance of my money . I live in Georgia and the company is in California .


The balance is $40,000 . The goods they shipped went to a freight company in NY .

Is this fraud i.e can I get a police report from the California Police and then forward to the DA ?
Can I sue in NY because the goods where shipped there ?

What would you do ? I paid with paypal and they were not much help in recovering the money

What would I do? For $40k I'd hire a lawyer ASAP.

I hired a lawyer and for 9 months these guys played games . They just kept on taking a month to respond to my lawyers letters ..

I'm confused why you aren't speaking to your lawyers right now? Why aren't you camped out on their doorstep?
