What is the name of your state? CA

What would happen if a police report was filed claiming a person, who is on Supervised Release, stole personal property valued at approximately $500.00?

Well, at a minimum they might end up with their release terminated. Worse if they actually get convicted of the offense.

Then he or she should expect to face their original charge again as well as the new felony.
