Can a Mortgagee pick who must leave?

I have a question for you. I live in Texas. Can a mortgagee say that a member of my family must leave the residence within 30 days. I own my house, and my son is being kicked out by my brothers who are the Mortgagees on my house. Is this legal? My son is over 18 and they do not feel he should still live with me. Do you know the statutes?

The mortgagee has no rights to possession. Only those on title have a say on who can stay.
