present husband made last cs payment

What is the name of your state? arkansas: i have another guestion and it is from my present husband. his son just turn 18 and graduated this year and there is no law in arkansas that says that he will have to pay cs while he is in college, my guestion is when is his last payment? the boy graduated may 24 on a thursday and i uaually send the payment on fridays so does my husband owe her for that last week or do i prorate it and take 2 days off of the payment? we agreed though a lawyer to pay by a check every week. we dont send it to the arkansas cs inforcement agency. i would rather ask u guys instead of her. in the lawyer papers it says until he graduates from high school. thanks

Sounds like he is done. Congratulations! I would just pay for the whole month, you dont want mom trying anything if you pro-rate it, and the difference wont be that much, just pay the full months worth & be done.
