What is the name of your state? Florida

I filed an application at Bank of America to open a brokerage account. The response to my application is still on my voice mail. It says Bank of America is not opening accounts to citizens from Venezuela. My nationality is Venezuela, but I have lived in the United States for seven years and I have Social security Number and Green Card. They know me because I have a checking account with them.

I think this is discrimination. What do you think? What can I do? I need some advice.

Banks just like any other business can refuse service to anyone. Discrimination probably not but in todays society with everyone so sue happy it probably is.
