She certainly sounds like a real prize....

Just you're average all American 16 year old girl who has been sexually promiscuous for several years already, has falsely accused her step dad of rape and now after a night out of drinking to excess with four boys, she pukes in her real dads Ford Escort then runs away only to end up accusing her real dad of forcing oral, anal and vaginal sex on her, which the medical examination has confirmed she has experienced. The only thing left is to try and weed out which boyfriend may have done this with her while her real dad spends tens of thousands of dollars to defend himself from the horror that is associated with every person accused of such a horrific crime, while she heads off to her soft ball coach's home so she feels safe,,,,

she's a real busy 16 year old girl, that's for sure.

Has anyone checked to see if she has three six's on her scalp?

At least you're husband has you're unrelenting support,,, unless he did all these nasty things to her while she was passed out in his car?

I don't know if there's a Jerry Springer forum you can post these adventures on, but it may worth millions for you to look into the possibility,,,,,

Honestly Nikki, your whole history is like that. First you believe her stepfather raped her, then you don't. Then you believe whatever it was she did or said to break you and your husband up, then you don't. Then you believe your husband is innocent, now you're not sure. Your mind seems to change at every gust of wind. This is some extremely serious stuff happening to your family. The best thing you can do for yourself is to start examining things objectively and logically--not superficially--and then make whatever you think is the best decision.

Yeah, well I've been known to be a little gullible and too trusting.

We are going to try and sell somethings to get $5000 for the attorney that was recommended to him. We will probably put the house up for sale too.

Well I'm wondering if they have talked to these kids and have a record of who she was with that night. I guess when my husband gets his attorney that is something the attorney will probably plan on doing is questioning them. I hope.

And her coach, he is single and our school districts high school has a bad rep. A couple teachers have lost their jobs over things that have went on with teenage girls. I don't understand how she can be allowed to go live with whoever she chooses? She should be in custody of the state or live with a relative. It seems she has it all planned out.

I can't believe what I'm reading,,, You're saying that this softball coach is a single adult male? Unbelievable, I just assumed the coach was a woman because never in a million years would I imagine that anyone would place this girl in the custody of another adult male and single at that.

Is this coach aware of the fact that she has had every other male adult she has ever lived with arrested and charged with sexual assault and child molestation? Is he aware of the fact that she is a manipulative little liar and dysfunctional tramp who has no conscience and enjoys the attention she receives when she intentionally lies to destroy the reputations of the people who have raised her, provided her a home, clothing, food and a life?

You're saying that she is being placed at this single male adults home, because it is what she wants? There has to be a serious breakdown in the court system and every branch of government that deals with abused children for this to ever happen.

Either that, or you are not telling the truth here, which is the direction I'm leaning toward. Because frankly, I can't believe this whole circus act has occurred just the way you're claiming it has.

Yesterday while my husband was at his moms he said he saw his daughter's mom drive by in her house in someones elses car. Later that night me and the kids came home and I was picking up dirty laundry from the bedrooms and noticed my step daughters room was a mess. There were dresser drawers emptied and hanging out and clothes flung everywhere and lots of stuff missing. So I'm pretty sure it was my step daughter and her mom who came in our house without permission and took her things. Yeah I understand they are her things but that can't be legal??? Am I wrong?

So she came in the house where she had lived legally with her father, removed her
things and got the hell out. Rather than caring if the act was legal, you should be
Riverdancing across your kitchen floor that the girl is out of your house!
Change the locks and scrape up some money for an attorney asap.

wow, I hope everything turns out well for your husband. If your step daughter is truly lying for the attention, you might want to get her some psychiartric help.
